Tear of Love is een carneool in de vorm van een traan, met een roos gemaakt van aluminiumdraad. Carneool dankt zijn naam aan het Latijnse woord ‘carne’ wat vlees betekent. Men noemde de steen zo omdat het ook inderdaad een vleselijk uiterlijk heeft. De rode kleur maakt het het meest geschikt voor het wortelchakra, maar het kan ook ingezet worden voor het sacraalchakra. De kleur rood is verwarmend en stimulerend, toch heeft carneool een kalmerende werking op koorts en versterkt het het bloed tegen infecties.
De roos is een eeuwenoud symbool voor de liefde, maar ook voor trouw, respect en vriendschap. Kyra houdt zich bij het ‘liefde’-aspect en noemde het juweel traan van de liefde. De kleur rood staat namelijk ook voor de liefde.

Tear of Love is a carnelian in the shape of a tear, featuring a rose made from aluminium wire. Carnelian thanks its name to the Latin word ‘carne’, meaning ‘flesh’. They gave this particular stone this name because of its fleshy look. The red color makes this stone perfect for the root chakra, but it can also affect the sacral chakra. The red color is warming and stimulating, but still, it has a calming effect on fever and it strenghtens the blood against infections.
The rose is an ancient symbol for love, but also loyalty, respect and friendship. Kyra focused on the love aspect of it and gave this jewel the name ‘Tear of Love’. The color red is also a symbol for love.
